CONCIERGE SERVICE COORDINATOR

Full Time, Evenings

Job Summary:

• Due to the nature of the job a high degree of confidentiality is expected.
• Respond troubleshoot and repair if possible television, audio visual computer, Arial, telephone etc. for residents and staff off community.
• Act as a community liaison with the cable provider to ensure television digital adaptor are provided and installed in vacant units as rented.
• Bus and car transport as scheduled and directed. Must ensure safety and well-being of all residents before, during return to the community.
• Must understand how to initiate assistance from local medical professionals
• Receives and delivers any packages with in the community as needed
• Assist with move in’s and move outs as scheduled
• Meet and greet all new residents to review the resident handbook and orient to the building and routines Assist visitors families and employees as needed
• Assist and set up for life enrichment programs as scheduled and directed by their supervisor
• Assist in performing quality assurance audits as assigned
• On a quarterly basis test, replace batteries in the aerial alarms in resident apartments
• In case of fire, must know and participate in the fire response and follow all policies and procedures
• Must be able to assist before during and after any type of disaster
• Assist with scheduling front desk staff to maintain coverage at all times
• Assist in hiring and training all new front desk staff members
• Be knowledgeable of aspects and inner workings of front desk

Job Requirements:

• Must be a high school graduate or equivalent
• Must have a valid driver’s license with no restrictions, and have or obtain a CDL license for driving within 1 month of hire
• Must be a team player with a positive and considerate
• Must be organized and able to handle multiple tasks throughout day
• Must be able to work well under pressure
• Must be able to problem-solve
• Must have computer and critical thinking skills
