Courier at Mary Rutan Health – Bellefontaine, Ohio

This courier position will be responsible for transporting mail, packages, lab specimens and supplies from various clinic locations back to the Hospital. The courier is responsible for ensuring that all materials and specimens are handled in a timely, safe, and accurate manner within the time constraints appropriate for testing. This position will require several hours of driving between locations in a Hospital owned vehicle.

High School diploma or equivalent (GED) required.

Must maintain a valid Ohio Drivers License - required.

Must maintain a satisfactory driving record.

Must not have any motor vehicle violations in background - required.

Ability to communicate in English, both verbally and in writing.

Additional languages preferred.

Excellent interpersonal skills.

Ability to handle long hours of driving.
