Pay Range

$54,200.00-$74,600.00 Annual

This is the base salary pay range that an applicant can expect to make upon hire. Pay within this range will vary based upon relevant experience, skills, and education among other factors. In addition, this position is eligible for an incentive bonus.

Johns Manville, Roofing Systems is currently looking to hire an Associate Commercial Excellence Specialist (Sales Analyst), located in Littleton, CO. The Associate Commercial Excellence Specialist (Sales Analyst) will have responsibility to support the transition from the Sales Opportunity process into the Guarantee (system warranty) and own the Guarantee process. This role will involve learning about Johns Manville Roofing Systems business and products combined with building collaborative relationships with internal partners and external customers.

Your Day-to-Day:

  • Own and Facilitate the Guarantee Process: Coordinate & configure Guarantee application data from Sales Opportunity process, support Guarantee application submission, connect Guarantee with the Sales Opportunity process, ensure all Guarantee requirements met, manage billing & invoicing, manage change requests, and front line support for the customer portal.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration & Relationships: Work closely with and build relationships across internal partners and external customers. Provide best-in-class service support including pre-sales Opportunity coordination, Guarantee navigation, and customer portal assistance.
  • Salesforce & User Adoption: Develop Salesforce knowledge and support usage of the system by providing user training.
  • Reporting & Analysis: Generate reports from multiple data sources, including Salesforce and SAP. Perform basic research and analysis as needed.
  • Troubleshooting & Data Governance: Troubleshoot data quality issues, maintain accurate data, and support ongoing data hygiene projects. Support best practices for document control (work instructions, references) and naming conventions.
  • Business Process Optimization: Support business process improvement initiatives, including identification, testing, and documentation.
  • Metrics & KPI Development: Support metrics and key performance indicators (KPI) development for Roofing Systems commercial teams.

  • Excellent attention to detail: Ability to work with large amounts of data and ensuring accuracy and precision.

What You Bring to the Team:

  • Bachelor's Degree with 1 year of experience in a customer-centric sales/service operations position OR High School/Technical School Diploma with 3 years of experience in a customer-centric or sales/service operations position
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational and prioritization skills
  • Willingness and desire for continuous improvement and a passion for learning
  • Solid ability to think through complex issues
  • Intermediate level of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel) and Adobe

Preferred Requirements:

  • SAP/Salesforce Experience
  • Bachelor’s Degree or Advanced Degree with 5 years of experience in a customer-centric position; 8 years of customer-centric experience, in lieu of degree
  • Proven ability to manage internal and external customer relationships
