Receptionist/Escrow Assistant in SAINT GEORGE, Utah at Cottonwood Title Insurance Agency

Position Description: Duties include but are not limited to:

• Greet and professionally welcome clients as soon as they arrive at the office
• Answer and direct phone calls on a multi-line phone system
• Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable at all times
• Perform other clerical duties such as filing, scanning, faxing, helping with mail
• Other tasks as assigned

• Proven work as a receptionist, front office representative, customer service manager, or similar role
• At least 1 year experience preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products
• Proven customer service skills
• Sharp written and verbal communication skills
• Professional attitude and appearance
• Excellent organizational skills
• Punctual, reliable, and able to work full-time hours

Position Responsibilities: 1.00% - Welcome clients as they arrive in the office and set the tone for providing excellent customer service. 2.00% - Answer the office's main phone line in a polite and professional manner and route calls to the appropriate teams. 3.00% - Ensure the reception area and closing rooms are tidy and ready for customers. 4.00% - Perform other clerical duties such as filing, scanning, faxing, helping with mail, and ordering and restocking supplies.
