Wastewater Plant Operator Supervisor at City of Winnfield – Winnfield, Louisiana

Supervisory position that schedule and direct daily activities of field employees, training, employee development, maintenance and construction of the water system, monitor and inspect construction of facilities by contractors, developers and governmental representatives in matters relating to the water systems. Directs the maintenance of landscaping and grounds of the facility, prepare work plans for major maintenance, emergency repair projects, orders and maintain adequate quantities of materials, equipment, chemicals and supplies. Must be available for call-back emergency work, which may include holidays, weekends and evenings; must be willing to wear a uniform and reside 30-minute response time by the end of probationary period. License or Certification Must possess a Class 1 Wastewater Treatment Operator Certification.
