Manager Revenue & Reimbursement at Crouse Hospital – Syracuse, New York

The Manager of System Revenue and Reimbursement is responsible for the collection, analysis and reporting of accounting information for reimbursement with the knowledge and intensity. Assist in providing department heads with timely, accurate and informative data; educate end users on interpretation and effective utilization of revenue/reimbursement data. Track and monitor financial performance of payor contracts across the System. Oversee all federal, state, and third party reimbursement activities. Protect the financial interest of the System by ensuring that reimbursement is maximized and rules and regulations are met. Participate in the development, interpretation, coordination and administration of the System's policies on revenue cycle and related activities.

Job Requirements

Required:

• Bachelors Degree in Business Administration or related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in financial accounting, hospital and physician reiumburesement expereince necessary
