GENERAL SUMMARY/BASIC PURPOSE OF JOB: The Patient Safety Assistant (PSA) is responsible for providing direct care, supervision, and close observation to patients as a safety measure to prevent suicidal, behavioral, and medical patients from harming themselves. This position requires the Patient Safety Assistant to travel and provide support to all three campuses for sitter case need.
