Vice President Operations in Antwerp, Ohio at Paragon Tempered Glass, LLC

Reporting directly to the President, the Vice President, Operations will play an important strategic role in the success of the Paragon brand. You will get experience working cross-functionally across the organization leading key operational initiatives, enabling a high-performing team, and executing the President's agenda. The Vice President, Operations is charged with driving and developing customer relationships and implementing operations and business strategies designed to achieve objectives focused on elevating sales, increasing daily outputs, and growing profits for the business. The vice president is responsible for upholding the profitability and values of an organization by leading business operations. The role requires an innovative approach to designing and implementing business operations and establishing practices that promote company culture and vision. You will oversee the work of managers and supervisors in production, maintenance, and purchasing. This role is designed for a strategic, highly organized, goal-orientated leader who is excited about having a real impact on our company's future.

· 10+ years of experience in a relevant field with demonstrated cross-functional, collaborative team management experience, and a track record of leveraging data and growing leaders for business impact; glass industry experience desired

· BS/BA in Business Administration or relevant field; MS/MBA is a plus

· Demonstrable competency in strategic planning and business development

· Experience and proven results in change management

· Working knowledge of data analysis and performance/operation metrics

· Outstanding organizational and leadership abilities

· Aptitude in decision-making and problem-solving

· Experience with building and leading high-performing, thoughtful, and action-oriented teams and developing team members within the function to build their careers

· Ability to work through very dynamic and ambiguous situations to bring clarity to problems and action orientation to teams

· Understanding of market and customer needs, including executive-level customer relationship management and support in key accounts

· Strong team and goal orientation with a track record of success and ability to work successfully with others at all organizational levels

· Innate curiosity and desire to learn with a strong inclination to challenge the status quo and drive for results in ambiguous spaces and a fast-paced industry

· Proven ability to influence and communicate complex ideas effectively, verbally, and in writing
