Patient Access Associate-Rehab Dept Willard Clinic at Citizens Memorial – Willard, Missouri

Citizens Memorial Hospital (CMH) is recruiting a Patient Access Associate to join our Rehab Services Department in Willard, Mo.

The Rehab Services Department provides a range of therapeutic services to restore the functional abilities of our patients. Team members work together to seamlessly serve patients and achieve intended outcomes.

A typical day will include greeting visitors in a friendly and helpful manner, answering phones using appropriate phone etiquette, pre-authorizing all new patients prior to evaluation and recording information on the patient referral log, and contacting patients to confirm and schedule appointments. This position is also responsible for coordinating procedures across departments and reviewing weekly coder spreadsheet to resolve billing issues.

Schedule: Full Time days, 8:00am-4:30pm

Job Requirements:

• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Experience: 1 year of clerical/office experience required
• Skills: Microsoft Office and Excel skills preferred
