We are looking for individuals with an outgoing, energetic, positive, and friendly personality to join our team of already established awesome baristas! Using our core values of integrity, love, humility, and courage as a guide, you’ll serve amazing drinks, amazingly fast to the Toledo community. If coffee is new to you, don’t worry. We’ll teach you everything you need to know! Fast and Friendly is what we need!

Hours: Flexible schedule with all shifts available. Full time and part time needed. For Full Time Baristas we require open availability. For Part Time we are offering 15-20 hours per week. We are in need 1 part time morning and 1 part time evening. Or if you can do both that is great as well.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and connect with each customer
• Welcome questions and seek opportunities to educate on our products
• Solicit order, enter sale, and process payment in a timely and friendly fashion
• Manage cash drawer, following established cash handling procedures
• Serve all customer orders according to recipe and aesthetic guidelines
• Deliver products within established speed of service guidelines and identify drink upon delivery
• Operate and maintain cleanliness of all store equipment
• Optimize workflow efficiency by restocking workstations, food, supplies, and merchandise
• Maintain cleanliness of coworker and customer areas
• Demonstrate genuine appreciation to each customer & fellow team members
