About This Position

Under general supervision and in accordance with established policies and procedures, puts inbound stock away, rotates stock, pulls and delivers supplies, applies patient charge stickers as required, delivers special orders from the receiving dock to departments, performs housekeeping duties within the department and in those areas throughout the hospital as outlined, maintains par levels for those departments established, processes outbound mail, receives, maintains, and delivers supplies/equipment, picks up soiled equipment, and processes/cleans designated equipment. Maintain records as designated, either with paper or electronically through data entry into the computer system. High school diploma or equivalent is required. Minimum 1 year experience within the last three years in a fast pace environment using inventory processes to control equipment and supply, required. Computer knowledge: Past responsibility; keyboarding transactions and accessing item information, required.
