As the Special Education Teacher, working in a public school setting, you’ll supervise and train paraeducators, oversee case management, collaborate with general education staff to support inclusion, and partner with families to promote student success. This model, grounded in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), is implemented collaboratively within a public-school setting.
What You’ll Do:
- Provide leadership and supervision for a middle school Partner Program classroom of up to 7 students with 1:1 support staff.
- Oversee special education case management and IEP implementation.
- Train, mentor, and coach paraeducators to ensure high-quality instruction.
- Collaborate with general education teachers to support inclusion opportunities.
- Partner with school administrators and staff to maintain strong communication.
- Work closely with families to ensure consistent and supportive engagement.

What You’ll Need:
- Bachelor’s degree, master’s preferred
- Licensed special educator
- ABA experience
- Strong leadership, teamwork, communication and observation skills
- Reliable transportation
