LSW Social Worker (Per Diem) at New England Center for Children Inc – Southborough, Massachusetts

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), you play a pivotal role in supporting students and families through a variety of challenges. This per diem position requires a deep commitment to understanding the requirements needed for adult legal guardianship.

Education/Experience

• Master’s degree in social work (MSW)
• Current LICSW Massachusetts licensure
• Minimum of 2 years of supervised clinical experience
• Familiarity with state and federal regulations related to social work
• Strong ethical standards and confidentiality practices
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
• Specialization in areas such as special education, special needs, profound autism
• Ability to handle high-stress situations calmly
