About the Role:As a Roofing Superintendent, you'll be the face of quality on-site, ensuring every project meets high standards of safety, performance, and client satisfaction. Your day will be filled with:
- Crew Leadership: Inspire and guide your team, managing tasks and helping them grow professionally.
- Quality Excellence: Keep our work top-notch with regular inspections and collaboration with suppliers to get the best materials and results.
- Safety First: Lead safety meetings, ensure compliance, and maintain a safe work environment.
- Client Relations: Build strong connections with clients through proactive communication and responsive service.
What We’re Looking For:
- 2-3 years of hands-on experience in roofing, with expertise in systems like TPO, PVC, Modified Bitumen, Tile, and Sheet Metal
- Strong leadership, organization, and communication skills
- Familiarity with OSHA standards (OSHA 30 required within 90 days)
- Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus!
- Valid Florida driver’s license and good driving record
Typical Hours: Monday-Friday with occasional on-call weekend rotations. Early mornings to dispatch crews and oversee project progress.
