Senior QA Engineer at turbotest.ai – New York, New York

Company description TurboTest is a fully managed service that combines expert QA engineers with cutting-edge AI agents to develop and maintain tests at a fraction of in-house costs, getting teams to 95% end-to-end test coverage in just 3 months. Role description We are looking for a QA engineer that can start immediately, full-time.
In this role, we are looking for someone who:

• Can create and maintain automated tests for customers in Playwright / Javascript.
• Is top talent - we’re looking for the top 1% of QA engineers, capable of catching edge cases and bugs that the standard QA engineer would miss
• Is a strong communicator, scrappy, and able to learn on the fly

Requirements
This job is 100% remote, but we're looking for candidates who can work in US time zones.
Minimum qualifications

• 5+ years of QA engineering experience (flexible for the right candidate)
• Prior experience writing end-to-end tests in Playwright
• Proven track record building highly available and highly scalable systems
• Ability to write good internal / external documentation

Ideal / bonus qualifications

• Experience with managing additional QA engineers as we hire and scale up
• Ability to set up and maintain testing infrastructure in Kubernetes
• Prior startup experience building zero to one
• Has worked with LLMs and AI to speed up the testing process
• Skills with devops - Docker, AWS (or a similar cloud platform)
