Full Time Maintenance at Kelley Williamson Company – Rockford, Illinois

Kelley Williamson Co is looking for Full Time Maintenance workers to perform light maintenance and repairs to our Kelley's Market locations and dealer sites. .

Duties Include:

· Painting of both interior and exterior structures

· Light repairs in and around structures

· Parking lot repairs, ie, pothole fills.

· Cleaning interior and exterior area of the building which may include refrigerated areas

· Weeding grassy and mulched areas

· Power washing parking lots and car washes

· Regularly lifting 30lbs.

· Must be able to operate handheld and small power tools, drills, power washer hammer, screwdrivers, etc.

· Must be 21 years and older with a valid driver's license and a clean driving record

· Must be able to regularly lift 30lbs

· This position requires constant movement - i.e. walking, standing, lifting

Schedule would be full time Monday through Friday with a start time of 7:00 AM. Employees would work rain or shine and may be exposed to the extreme heat as most of the work will be done outside at various locations.
