Receptionist - Optometrist assistant in Fredericton, New Brunswick at I R I S

IRIS The Visual Group is looking for a Sales Associate to join our fast-paced Fredericton clinic.

You will work alongside our IRIS Optometrists, Opticians, Manager and Team members to deliver our mission to our customers on a daily basis while adhering to the three values of IRIS; Passion, Honesty and Respect.

This position is a Part-time position

Your role will include duties such as:

Maintaining a friendly demeanor while answering patient inbound and outbound calls;
Ensuring the office emails are checked daily and relevant info is forwarded to the respective team members;
Hands on participation with Optical Sales
Dispensing of glasses and contact lenses
Pre-testing;
Special testing
Delivering exceptional customer service to all and an openness to learn about the Optical industry to better guide patient inquiries

Be very comfortable with technology (both PC and Apple products)
