Job Description

Project Coordinator

This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Project Coordinator in United States.

This role is designed for a highly organized and proactive professional who thrives in fast-moving, client-facing environments. You will support the coordination and delivery of multiple digital marketing projects across SEO, paid media, analytics, and strategy teams. Acting as a key connector between internal specialists and clients, you will help ensure timelines, deliverables, and communications stay aligned and on track. The environment is collaborative but high-accountability, requiring strong ownership and clear communication. You will gradually take on more responsibility, including direct client interactions and independent project ownership. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys structure-building, problem-solving, and turning complex workflows into clear, executable plans.

Accountabilities

In this role, you will oversee day-to-day project coordination across multiple client accounts, ensuring timelines, deliverables, and dependencies are clearly defined and consistently tracked. You will support the smooth execution of campaigns by organizing workflows, scheduling meetings, and proactively identifying risks or bottlenecks before they impact delivery.

  • Manage project timelines, task tracking, and internal workflows across multiple accounts
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams including SEO, paid media, analytics, and strategy specialists
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for client updates, deliverables, and next steps
  • Prepare meeting agendas, status updates, reports, and presentation materials
  • Translate strategic objectives into actionable tasks and ensure execution consistency
  • Help document and improve internal processes and project delivery systems
  • Maintain clarity across competing priorities in a fast-paced, evolving environment
Requirements

The ideal candidate has experience in project coordination, account management, or digital marketing environments, with a strong ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and communication quality. You should be comfortable engaging directly with clients and working across technical and creative teams in a deadline-driven setting.

  • 3+ years of experience in project coordination, account management, digital marketing, or related roles
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts and campaign workflows
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong clarity and conciseness
  • Experience using project management tools such as Asana, Trello, Monday.com, Jira, or Wrike
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with strong attention to detail
  • Comfort working directly with clients and handling real-time communication
  • Strong organizational skills with a proactive, ownership-driven mindset
  • Adaptability in shifting priorities and evolving project requirements
  • Bonus: agency experience, analytics/reporting exposure, or strategy/operations background
Benefits
  • Remote-first role within the United States
  • Competitive salary range: $50,000–$60,000, based on experience
  • Opportunity to work across diverse digital marketing disciplines and client industries
  • High ownership environment with minimal bureaucracy
  • Exposure to SEO, paid media, analytics, and strategic campaign delivery
  • Collaborative, small-team culture with direct impact on client outcomes
  • Professional growth through increasing responsibility and client-facing experience
