Job Description

Who We Are

Our Mission

“To inspire and develop the financially independent traders of tomorrow—by building people, not just products.”

Our Vision

We provide stock trading education, tools, and mentorship to everyday individuals—translating expert market knowledge into accessible products and fostering a community of disciplined, success-oriented traders. We are not in the hype business. We prioritize skill transfer, system-building, and protecting long-term credibility.

ABOUT THIS ROLE

We operate at the intersection of Fintech and Financial Media/Education. As an organization, we are forward-thinking, action-oriented, and passionate about helping retail traders compete with Wall Street institutions. Both StocksToTrade and Millionaire Publishing are united by the goal of transforming the financial lives of our users through superior technology and education.

We're looking for a Marketing Broadcast Coordinator to join our marketing operations team — building and scheduling campaigns, ensuring flawless execution, and growing into broader channels over time. This is an entry-level, execution-focused role ideal for a detail-oriented, organized self-starter who wants real-world experience in marketing automation and lifecycle marketing.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Build and schedule email campaigns using pre-written copy and templates
  • QA campaigns for correct links, formatting, audience selections, and send times
  • Follow established processes for campaign setup and approvals
  • Assist with scheduling and launching live webinar and promotional emails
  • Maintain basic list organization and audience selections as directed
  • Support SMS, push notifications, and other channels as training progresses
  • Track campaign sends and helps gather performance data
  • Communicate clearly with teammates about schedules, changes, and issues

Note: Deliverability strategy, TCPA compliance, and advanced segmentation are handled by senior team members.

QUALIFICATIONS

Required

  • 0–2 years of experience in marketing, operations, or a related role
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow checklists and processes
  • Interest in email marketing, lifecycle marketing, or marketing technology
  • Ability to juggle multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Clear written communication skills
  • Comfortable with Google Docs, Sheets, and project management tools
  • Willingness to learn new platforms and workflows

Preferred

  • Experience with email platforms such as Iterable, Klaviyo, or Mailchimp

WHY THIS ROLE

  • Hands-on exposure to real, high-volume marketing campaigns from day one
  • Clear growth path into SMS, automation, lifecycle marketing, and strategy
  • Structured onboarding with thorough documentation and a supportive team
  • Fully remote with a collaborative, fast-moving environment
  • Competitive salary, strong benefits, and real professional development

BENEFITS

  • Medical, dental & vision insurance
  • 401(k) with company match
  • Life insurance & Employee Assistance Program
  • Paid time off + 6 paid holidays
  • Educational assistance
  • Inclusive, supportive work environment
