Job Description

Under general supervision, operates computer and peripheral equipment. Performs clerical and maintenance tasks in support of a mainframe computer complex or other large centralized IT system.

Job Summary:

Under limited supervision, monitors BPE/TPE transactions, all environmental, security, electrical & UPS systems. Checks the network systems to ensure statewide access. Works with vendors for hw/sw.
Ensure all printed output is of high quality and defect free.

Skills Required:

Completion of +D31either a two-year certificate/degree from a college, university, or technical school in an IT field or equivalent work experience in IT. Required
Experience as Computer Operator in a large Data Center. Required 2 Years
Experience with a Network Operations Center (NOC). Required 2 Years
