Accountabilities:

  • Own and manage relationships with key provider partners, including infusion suites, home infusion providers, specialty pharmacies, and buy-and-bill stakeholders.
  • Lead contract discussions and negotiations to create mutually beneficial agreements and long-term value.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Clinical, Technology, Customer Success, Member Experience, and Finance teams to ensure seamless partnership execution.
  • Oversee ongoing partnership operations, ensuring performance, alignment, and continuous improvement across initiatives.
  • Monitor, analyze, and manage partnership KPIs, proactively identifying risks, issues, and growth opportunities.
  • Serve as the primary internal and external point of contact for partnership escalations and issue resolution.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Administration, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
  • 5+ years of experience in healthcare partnerships, business development, account management, or similar roles.
  • Strong expertise in medical specialty drugs and understanding of the medical benefit reimbursement landscape.
  • Proven experience in contract negotiation, payer/provider relationships, and strategic alliance management.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills across diverse stakeholders and formats.
  • Strong project management abilities with a track record of driving operational execution in cross-functional environments.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial, and remote-friendly environment.
  • Willingness to travel for partner meetings, events, and business needs when required.
Benefits:
  • Competitive base salary range of $120,000–$130,000 per year
  • Performance-based bonus eligibility
  • Health, dental, and vision insurance coverage
  • 401(k) plan with employer matching
  • Paid parental leave
  • Stock options
  • Generous paid time off (PTO)
  • Opportunity to work in a mission-driven, innovative, and collaborative environment.
