Global Channels Sales Specialist

This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Global Channels Sales Specialist in United States.

This is a high-impact, remote-first commercial role focused on building and scaling a global partner ecosystem across enterprise software markets. You will be responsible for driving channel strategy, recruiting and activating high-value partners, and accelerating revenue across DevOps and Agile product lines. The role combines strategic planning with hands-on execution, requiring strong collaboration with VARs, SIs, and cloud marketplace partners. You will play a central role in identifying market gaps, unlocking new revenue streams, and strengthening indirect sales coverage worldwide. Working closely with sales, marketing, and product teams, you will help shape and operationalize a scalable partner-led growth model. This position offers significant visibility, ownership, and the opportunity to directly influence global revenue performance in a fast-evolving enterprise technology environment.

Accountabilities
  • Develop and execute global channel strategy by identifying coverage gaps, underpenetrated markets, and whitespace opportunities to expand partner-driven revenue.
  • Recruit, onboard, and activate strategic partners including regional SIs, VARs, and cloud marketplace partners to strengthen global sales reach.
  • Lead joint business planning, including revenue targets, enablement milestones, and quarterly performance reviews with key partners.
  • Drive partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline generation through co-selling, deal support, and opportunity progression.
  • Expand cloud marketplace motions across AWS, Google Cloud, and Azure, including co-sell alignment and private offer development.
  • Oversee partner enablement programs, ensuring training, certifications, and tools are in place for independent partner success.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, product, and professional services teams to align execution and optimize partner outcomes.
Requirements
  • 7+ years of experience in channel sales or partner management within enterprise software environments.
  • Strong background in DevOps, Agile, CI/CD, workflow automation, or related enterprise software domains.
  • Proven success in recruiting and scaling high-performing channel partners that generate consistent revenue within 6 to 12 months.
  • Experience managing partner-sourced pipeline, forecasting, and revenue targets in a disciplined, data-driven manner.
  • Familiarity with cloud marketplace ecosystems including AWS, Google Cloud, and Azure co-sell motions.
  • Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills, with ability to influence both technical and business leaders.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce and comfort operating in fast-moving, ambiguous, high-growth environments.
Benefits
  • Competitive base salary estimated between 120,000 to 140,000 USD plus commission target
  • Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage
  • Unlimited paid time off policy
  • Flexible remote working arrangements
  • Continuous learning and professional development access
  • Opportunity to work within a globally distributed, diverse team
  • Additional performance-based bonuses and benefits package options
