Accountabilities:

  • Drive end-to-end sales operations including territory planning, quota setting, capacity modeling, forecasting cadence, and pipeline management discipline.
  • Partner with executive leadership to define and execute annual GTM planning, operating rhythms, and cross-functional alignment across Sales, Marketing, and Post-Sales teams.
  • Own marketing operations strategy, including lead management, segmentation, attribution, and marketing technology ecosystem optimization.

  • Build predictive models to improve forecasting accuracy, conversion rates, win rates, churn risk, and overall revenue visibility.
  • Define and govern the revenue tech stack strategy across CRM, CPQ, sales engagement, and analytics platforms, ensuring enterprise-wide adoption.
  • Oversee Deal Desk operations including pricing governance, discount approvals, contract structuring, and strategic deal support.
  • Establish data governance standards and ensure a single source of truth across all revenue systems and reporting layers.
  • Lead cross-functional collaboration with Finance, IT, Sales, Marketing, and Product to ensure operational consistency and scalability.
  • Build and scale a high-performing team of 20–35 revenue operations professionals, including leadership development and succession planning.
  • Serve as a key advisor to executive leadership, influencing strategic decisions through data-driven insights and operational expertise.
Requirements:
  • 15+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or GTM Strategy roles within B2B SaaS organizations.
  • 7+ years of progressive leadership experience, including managing managers and large, multi-functional teams.
  • Proven track record of owning and scaling Revenue Operations at a high-growth SaaS company.
  • Strong expertise in Salesforce and modern GTM tech stacks, including marketing automation, sales engagement, CPQ, and BI tools.
  • Advanced analytical capabilities, including financial modeling, SaaS metrics, and strong fluency in data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, BI platforms).
  • Deep understanding of SaaS business fundamentals, including unit economics, revenue forecasting, and performance metrics.
  • Strong executive presence with experience influencing C-level stakeholders and presenting complex insights clearly.
  • Demonstrated ability to build operational frameworks, drive process discipline, and scale organizations in fast-paced environments.
  • Strong financial acumen and ability to align revenue operations with broader business strategy and planning cycles.
  • Experience in large-scale, global B2B SaaS environments (200M+ ARR preferred).
  • Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degrees or equivalent experience preferred.
Benefits:
  • Competitive executive compensation package
  • Performance-based bonus and incentive structure
  • Equity opportunities in a high-growth SaaS environment
  • Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance
  • 401(k) retirement plan and financial wellness programs
