Accountabilities:
  • Lead environmental and sustainability initiatives, including emissions data collection, validation, tracking, and reporting activities across multiple operational sites.
  • Support the development and delivery of annual sustainability and impact reporting programs, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Coordinate working groups and knowledge-sharing initiatives to promote environmental best practices and continuous improvement across the network.
  • Provide operational guidance and regulatory support related to safety management systems, environmental management, emergency planning, security programs, and compliance requirements.
  • Monitor industry trends, regulatory developments, and operational performance indicators, preparing reports and recommendations for leadership teams.
  • Plan and conduct operational audits while supporting risk management, quality assurance, and regulatory compliance programs.
  • Manage projects related to operational improvements, integration of new facilities, advisory service delivery, and asset management initiatives.
  • Support business planning, budgeting processes, business development activities, and operational excellence programs across the network.
  • Develop policies, procedures, operational guidance documents, and performance measurement frameworks that align with industry standards and best practices.
  • Mentor operational professionals and collaborate with executive teams, regulatory authorities, and external stakeholders to achieve strategic objectives.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Aviation Management, Airport Management, or a related field; advanced industry knowledge is highly valued.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in environmental management, airport operations, aviation, transportation infrastructure, or a related operational environment.
  • Strong understanding of aviation regulations, safety management systems, environmental management frameworks, sustainability reporting standards, and industry best practices.
  • Experience analyzing technical and operational data to identify trends, risks, opportunities, and compliance issues.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop reports, presentations, policies, procedures, business plans, and regulatory documentation.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear and actionable recommendations.
  • Proven experience managing multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high standards of quality and meeting deadlines.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence decisions, build trust, and collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams.
  • Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities, combined with a proactive and solutions-oriented mindset.
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced, evolving environments and navigating ambiguity while delivering measurable business outcomes.
