This senior finance leadership role is focused on driving strategic financial planning across categories, brands, and marketing investments within a complex, multi-brand consumer goods environment. You will play a key role in ensuring the financial viability of innovation pipelines, supporting decision-making for new product launches, and optimizing ROI across marketing and branding initiatives. Acting as a strategic partner to business and marketing leaders, you will help translate financial insights into actionable recommendations that balance growth, profitability, and efficiency. The role also involves leading transformation initiatives in financial processes, including automation and the development of self-service analytics dashboards. In a fast-paced and highly collaborative environment, you will oversee full P&L management, contribute to executive-level discussions, and support structural changes driven by fiscal and regulatory evolution. This is a high-impact position with strong visibility across the organization.
In this role, you will be responsible for driving financial performance, strategic investment decisions, and governance across categories, brands, and marketing initiatives.
- Ensure financial viability and ROI analysis of new products and innovation pipelines across categories
- Participate in approval committees for new launches, balancing growth strategy with margin and efficiency targets
- Manage full P&L performance (GMV and end-to-end results) across multiple brands and categories
- Oversee marketing investment governance, ensuring optimal allocation across brands and initiatives
- Lead ROI analysis of marketing campaigns and post-mortem evaluations of innovation performance
- Drive transformation from manual processes to automated financial models and self-service dashboards
- Establish governance routines, financial rituals, and performance management structures across teams
- Support strategic financial adaptation related to tax reform and structural regulatory changes, translating impacts for non-financial stakeholders
You should bring strong senior-level experience in corporate finance or FP&A within complex, multi-category or consumer-facing organizations. The ideal profile combines analytical strength, strategic vision, and strong stakeholder management capabilities.
- Bachelor’s and postgraduate degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Accounting, or related fields
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in corporate finance or FP&A in FMCG or similar industries
- Strong expertise in P&L management, financial performance analysis, and ROI methodologies
- Ability to translate complex financial concepts into clear insights for non-financial stakeholders
- Experience managing financial planning in complex organizational structures with multiple business units
- Strong communication, collaboration, and executive-level influencing skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced and matrixed environment
