Accountabilities:
  • Lead financial controlling and business partnering activities for global supply chain operations, ensuring alignment with revenue, cost, and efficiency objectives.
  • Drive inventory and Days on Hand (DOH) management strategies, including modeling of warehouse, in-transit, WIP, and reserve inventories.
  • Partner with FP&A to support capital variance modeling, forecasting, and financial impact analysis related to supply chain performance.
  • Oversee global freight cost management, including forecasting, variance analysis, burden recovery, and cost optimization initiatives.
  • Support evaluation of incoterms and procurement strategies to improve cost efficiency across global operations.
  • Lead logistics cost allocation processes across multiple distribution centers, ensuring accuracy, transparency, and forecasting reliability.
  • Collaborate with global logistics and supply chain teams to identify cost savings opportunities and improve operational efficiency.
  • Support financial consolidation of global supply chain activities, including freight, inventory, and operational footprint reporting.
  • Enhance reporting systems, dashboards, and forecasting tools to improve accuracy, visibility, and decision-making capabilities.
  • Ensure strong financial controls, compliance, and governance around supply chain processes, including approvals and internal audit requirements.
  • Manage financial analysis and reporting related to supply chain initiatives, including monthly, quarterly, and annual deliverables.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in finance roles, preferably with exposure to supply chain, operations finance, or industrial environments.
  • Strong background in financial analysis, forecasting, modeling, and performance reporting.
  • Experience working in global or multi-regional organizations with complex operational structures.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and strong experience with SAP; familiarity with tools such as SAC or Hyperion is a plus.
  • Solid understanding of inventory management, logistics costing, and supply chain financial principles.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate complex data into actionable business insights.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across technical and operational teams.
  • Self-driven and comfortable working autonomously in a fast-paced, global environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a continuous improvement mindset and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and financial rigor.

Benefits:

  • Competitive salary range of $112,000 – $140,000 USD depending on experience and location.
  • Annual incentive and bonus eligibility based on performance.
  • Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, and life insurance.
  • 401(k) retirement savings plan with company participation.
  • Paid time off and additional voluntary benefits.
  • Employee stock purchase plan.
  • Exposure to global supply chain operations across multiple regions.
  • Opportunity to influence strategic financial decisions in a complex international environment.
  • Remote-friendly structure with occasional travel (<10%) for collaboration and site engagement.
