This is a high-impact global finance role focused on driving financial control, performance transparency, and strategic decision support across an international supply chain network. In this position, you will act as a key business partner to global operations, ensuring strong financial governance across inventory, logistics, freight, and distribution activities. You will play a critical role in optimizing working capital, improving cost visibility, and enabling data-driven decision-making across multiple regions. The role combines financial controlling, advanced modeling, and cross-functional collaboration with supply chain, procurement, and logistics teams. You will also contribute to global consolidation efforts and continuous process improvement initiatives. - Lead financial controlling and business partnering activities for global supply chain operations, ensuring alignment with revenue, cost, and efficiency objectives.
- Drive inventory and Days on Hand (DOH) management strategies, including modeling of warehouse, in-transit, WIP, and reserve inventories.
- Partner with FP&A to support capital variance modeling, forecasting, and financial impact analysis related to supply chain performance.
- Oversee global freight cost management, including forecasting, variance analysis, burden recovery, and cost optimization initiatives.
- Support evaluation of incoterms and procurement strategies to improve cost efficiency across global operations.
- Lead logistics cost allocation processes across multiple distribution centers, ensuring accuracy, transparency, and forecasting reliability.
- Collaborate with global logistics and supply chain teams to identify cost savings opportunities and improve operational efficiency.
- Support financial consolidation of global supply chain activities, including freight, inventory, and operational footprint reporting.
- Enhance reporting systems, dashboards, and forecasting tools to improve accuracy, visibility, and decision-making capabilities.
- Ensure strong financial controls, compliance, and governance around supply chain processes, including approvals and internal audit requirements.
- Manage financial analysis and reporting related to supply chain initiatives, including monthly, quarterly, and annual deliverables.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in finance roles, preferably with exposure to supply chain, operations finance, or industrial environments.
- Strong background in financial analysis, forecasting, modeling, and performance reporting.
- Experience working in global or multi-regional organizations with complex operational structures.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and strong experience with SAP; familiarity with tools such as SAC or Hyperion is a plus.
- Solid understanding of inventory management, logistics costing, and supply chain financial principles.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate complex data into actionable business insights.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across technical and operational teams.
- Self-driven and comfortable working autonomously in a fast-paced, global environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a continuous improvement mindset and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and financial rigor.
