This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Sr Client Executive, Enterprise-Financial Services in Canada.

This role is a senior enterprise sales position focused on driving strategic growth across Financial Services accounts, including banking, insurance, wealth management, and capital markets organizations. You will act as a trusted advisor to senior executives, helping them navigate complex priorities such as cyber resilience, data protection, cloud transformation, and regulatory compliance. The position requires strong executive presence and the ability to manage long, multi-stakeholder sales cycles in highly regulated environments. You will be responsible for shaping account strategy, expanding existing relationships, and identifying new enterprise opportunities across a broad technology portfolio. Working closely with internal teams and external partners, you will help position advanced solutions in data resilience, cybersecurity, and AI governance. This is a high-impact role where strategic thinking, consultative selling, and deep industry understanding directly influence enterprise growth across the Canadian Financial Services sector.

Accountabilities:
  • Own and execute strategic account plans across assigned enterprise Financial Services clients, focusing on long-term growth, retention, and expansion.
  • Build and maintain trusted executive-level relationships with stakeholders across CIO, CTO, CISO, risk, infrastructure, and procurement functions.
  • Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline aligned to revenue targets across data protection, cyber resilience, cloud, and AI-driven solutions.
  • Lead complex enterprise sales cycles from discovery through negotiation and close, including business case development and procurement navigation.
  • Collaborate with channel partners, cloud providers, GSIs, and internal teams to build joint go-to-market strategies and account plans.
  • Drive customer expansion opportunities by aligning solutions to evolving needs in compliance, ransomware recovery, and cloud modernization.
  • Maintain accurate forecasting, pipeline tracking, and account reporting using CRM systems such as Salesforce.
  • Ensure strong coordination across technical, legal, and commercial stakeholders throughout the deal lifecycle.
Requirements:
  • 7+ years of enterprise technology sales experience in software, SaaS, cloud, cybersecurity, or infrastructure solutions.
  • Proven success in quota-carrying enterprise sales roles with consistent achievement or overachievement of targets.
  • Strong experience selling into Financial Services organizations, including banking, insurance, or wealth management.
  • Deep understanding of complex enterprise sales cycles, including procurement, legal, and multi-year deal structures.
  • Ability to engage and influence both technical and non-technical senior stakeholders.
  • Strong account planning, pipeline management, and forecasting discipline using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce).
  • Experience working with partners, alliances, and channel ecosystems in enterprise environments.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Preferred: experience within Canadian Financial Services accounts or regulated industry environments.
  • Preferred: understanding of cyber resilience, data protection, cloud platforms, and AI/data governance solutions.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
Benefits:
  • Competitive compensation package with performance-based incentives (OTE range: 152,400–253,900 CAD).
  • Comprehensive health benefits including medical, dental, and vision coverage from day one.
  • Retirement savings plan with employer matching contributions (RRSP).
  • Generous paid time off, increasing with tenure, plus additional global wellness and volunteer days.
  • Paid parental leave, including extended support for birthing parents.
  • Mental health support, wellness resources, and access to therapy services.
  • Professional learning and development opportunities through global training platforms and mentorship programs.
  • Employee volunteer programs and additional paid volunteer hours annually.
  • Inclusive, flexible work environment supporting work-life balance.
