This role is designed for a senior professional who will act as a key bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams within Salesforce-driven transformation initiatives. You will be responsible for translating complex business needs into clear, actionable requirements that guide scalable and efficient CRM solutions. The position involves close collaboration with stakeholders to define, document, and validate requirements while ensuring alignment with Salesforce capabilities. You will play a critical role in improving business processes, enhancing customer experience, and supporting digital transformation initiatives. - Lead the gathering and analysis of functional and non-functional requirements in collaboration with business stakeholders, ensuring clarity and alignment with strategic objectives.
- Write and maintain detailed user stories, acceptance criteria, and use cases to support development teams in delivering accurate Salesforce solutions.
- Facilitate workshops, interviews, and requirement discovery sessions with stakeholders to capture business needs and translate them into structured documentation.
- Analyze and document end-to-end business processes (AS-IS and TO-BE), identifying optimization opportunities and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate closely with development teams to ensure requirements are correctly interpreted and implemented within the Salesforce ecosystem.
- Conduct requirement validation sessions and manage stakeholder feedback to ensure solution alignment and business satisfaction.
- Support impact analysis, dependency mapping, and prioritization of business demands within Salesforce projects.
Requirements:
- Strong experience as a Business Analyst working with Salesforce Core and its ecosystem, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, financial integrations, and automation tools.
- Solid understanding of Salesforce administration concepts, including object configuration, fields, page layouts, validation rules, profiles, permissions, and security.
- Experience in Salesforce automation tools such as Flow (and legacy Process Builder).
- Proven ability to conduct business analysis activities from discovery through validation in complex enterprise environments.
- Experience facilitating workshops, stakeholder interviews, and requirement elicitation sessions.
- Strong documentation skills, including user stories, use cases, and acceptance criteria.
- Experience in business process modeling (AS-IS / TO-BE) with a focus on optimization and scalability.
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions within Salesforce constraints and capabilities.
- Strong analytical thinking, communication skills, and stakeholder management abilities.
