  • Design and implement complex integrations between Salesforce and critical business systems, enabling seamless data flow across sales, marketing, customer success, and operational functions.
  • Architect and optimize API frameworks, middleware connections, and real-time synchronization processes to support enterprise-wide system interoperability.
  • Lead the design and deployment of custom Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flow, and other platform capabilities to address sophisticated business requirements.
  • Establish governance standards, data architecture frameworks, security protocols, and best practices that promote system reliability and long-term scalability.
  • Evaluate, recommend, and oversee the implementation of third-party applications, managed packages, and emerging technologies that enhance business capabilities.
  • Drive AI and automation initiatives, leveraging predictive analytics, intelligent workflows, and advanced platform features to improve operational efficiency and decision-making.
  • Create and maintain architecture documentation, integration blueprints, technical standards, and knowledge-sharing resources.
  • Partner closely with stakeholders across sales, marketing, customer success, finance, and operations to translate business needs into effective technology solutions.
  • Mentor administrators and technical teams while providing architectural leadership, technical guidance, and strategic recommendations to senior leadership.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 7 years of experience as a Salesforce Solutions Architect, with a proven track record designing and implementing enterprise-scale Salesforce environments.
  • Salesforce Certified Administrator and Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder certifications required.
  • At least one additional Salesforce technical certification, such as Platform Developer I, Integration Architecture Designer, or Data Architecture Designer.
  • Deep expertise in Salesforce architecture, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, automation tools, and platform customization capabilities.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components, SOQL, Flow, and other Salesforce development technologies.
  • Extensive experience designing and managing API integrations using REST, SOAP, middleware platforms, and modern integration frameworks.
  • Advanced understanding of data modeling, data governance, data architecture, and maintaining data integrity across complex systems.
  • Experience implementing AI-driven capabilities, predictive analytics, workflow automation, and intelligent business processes within Salesforce ecosystems.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation platforms, CRM integrations, revenue intelligence tools, and modern go-to-market technology stacks.
  • Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies, DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, version control, and release management processes.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • Proven leadership abilities with experience mentoring teams, influencing strategic decisions, and driving cross-functional collaboration.
  • Experience supporting SaaS, training, certification, or similarly complex business models is considered a strong advantage.

Benefits:

  • Competitive annual base salary ranging from $165,000 to $185,000, based on experience and qualifications.
  • Eligibility for performance-based bonus programs.
  • Fully remote work environment with occasional travel for team meetings and project initiatives.
