- Develop and execute long-term strategy covering talent development, analytics capabilities, service delivery, and market positioning.
- Lead cross-functional collaboration with internal teams such as analytics, operations, communications, and business development to unlock new opportunities.
- Ensure clinical accuracy, compliance, and rigor across all deliverables, recommendations, and client solutions.
- Represent the organization externally as a thought leader in pharmacy trends, PBM strategy, specialty pharmacy, and cost containment.
- Strengthen partnerships with clients, PBMs, carriers, and industry stakeholders to drive business growth and influence market positioning.
- 10+ years of experience in pharmacy consulting, PBM strategy, clinical pharmacy, or healthcare advisory leadership roles.

- Demonstrated leadership experience managing, mentoring, and developing high-performing multidisciplinary teams.
- Strong executive presence with the ability to communicate complex clinical and financial concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Experience with P&L ownership and strategic business management.
- PharmD strongly preferred; additional certifications or advanced degrees (MBA or related) are a plus.

- Competitive annual salary range: USD $235,000 – $260,000
- Comprehensive medical, dental, life, and disability insurance coverage
- 401(k) retirement plan with employer contributions
- Generous paid time off, holidays, and flexible remote work arrangement
- Access to professional development opportunities and leadership growth pathways
- Inclusive work environment with equal opportunity employment practices
- Additional voluntary benefits depending on eligibility and location.
