This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Senior Director, Strategic Growth & Commercialization in the United States.

This senior commercial leadership role is focused on driving strategic revenue growth through the commercialization of new and emerging technologies, strategic partnerships, and post-acquisition opportunities. The position operates at the intersection of sales, product, R&D, and corporate strategy, translating scientific and technical innovation into high-impact commercial outcomes. It is designed for a senior leader who can own key revenue streams while shaping go-to-market strategy for new products and business lines. The role involves building and managing executive-level relationships with strategic customers, partners, and opinion leaders. This is a highly visible role with direct impact on enterprise growth, market expansion, and portfolio success. The ideal environment suits a commercially driven leader who thrives in complex, cross-functional, and innovation-led organizations.

Accountabilities:

This role is responsible for driving strategic commercialization initiatives and revenue growth across new technologies, strategic accounts, and post-acquisition opportunities.

  • Own and grow a defined revenue portfolio tied to strategic accounts, new technology commercialization, and high-value growth initiatives.
  • Lead customer-facing commercialization efforts for emerging technologies, including value proposition development, pricing strategy, and executive-level positioning.
  • Build and maintain senior relationships with key customers, partners, and industry influencers to advance strategic commercial objectives.
  • Drive post-acquisition commercial integration and revenue synergies in collaboration with corporate development and strategy teams.
  • Translate technical and scientific capabilities into market-ready offerings in partnership with R&D, Product, Regulatory, and Operations teams.
  • Develop account-level strategies including contracting, pricing, and deal structuring for complex commercial opportunities.
  • Provide structured voice-of-customer and competitive insights to inform product development, portfolio strategy, and investment decisions.
  • Lead executive-level negotiations, presentations, and proposals for strategic opportunities.
  • Represent the organization at industry events, conferences, and customer forums to strengthen market positioning and visibility.
  • Contribute to long-range planning and ensure alignment with enterprise revenue objectives.
Requirements

This role requires a highly experienced commercial leader with a strong track record in life sciences, diagnostics, or related technical B2B industries.

  • 10+ years of progressive experience in sales, business development, strategic accounts, or commercial leadership roles.
  • Proven success in driving revenue growth through new product commercialization and strategic account expansion.
  • Strong experience selling into complex healthcare, life sciences, or regulated B2B environments (e.g., health systems, labs, pharma, or distribution partners).
  • Demonstrated ability to translate technical/scientific capabilities into compelling commercial value propositions.
  • Experience supporting or leading post-acquisition integration and revenue growth initiatives.
  • Strong executive presence with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and C-suite audiences.
  • Expertise in pricing strategy, deal structuring, contract negotiation, and business case development.
  • Strong analytical, financial, and strategic thinking capabilities.
  • Experience working cross-functionally across Sales, Product, R&D, Marketing, and Strategy teams.
  • Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree or MBA strongly preferred.
Benefits
  • Competitive compensation package aligned with senior leadership roles
  • Annual bonus and performance-based incentives
  • Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance
  • 401(k) retirement plan with company matching
  • Paid time off, holidays, and parental leave programs
  • Disability and life insurance coverage
  • Remote or hybrid flexibility depending on role requirements
  • Employee assistance and wellness programs
  • Professional development and training opportunities
