- Contribute to long-range planning and ensure alignment with enterprise revenue objectives.
This role requires a highly experienced commercial leader with a strong track record in life sciences, diagnostics, or related technical B2B industries.
- 10+ years of progressive experience in sales, business development, strategic accounts, or commercial leadership roles.
- Proven success in driving revenue growth through new product commercialization and strategic account expansion.
- Strong experience selling into complex healthcare, life sciences, or regulated B2B environments (e.g., health systems, labs, pharma, or distribution partners).
- Demonstrated ability to translate technical/scientific capabilities into compelling commercial value propositions.

- Strong executive presence with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and C-suite audiences.
- Expertise in pricing strategy, deal structuring, contract negotiation, and business case development.
- Strong analytical, financial, and strategic thinking capabilities.
- Experience working cross-functionally across Sales, Product, R&D, Marketing, and Strategy teams.
- Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree or MBA strongly preferred.
