BSSP is looking for an Account Coordinator who’s organized, curious, and ready to jump into the action. This is where you learn the business—supporting the team that brings bold ideas to life across sports, gaming, and entertainment.

You’ll help keep projects moving, clients informed, and teams aligned. If you thrive in fast-paced environments, love great creative, and sweat the details that make the work better, you’ll fit right in.

• Support the account team in bringing campaigns to life across all channels.(Digital, Social, Broadcast and print)
• Help manage project timelines, deliverables, and day-to-day workflow.
• Prepare meeting agendas, notes, status reports, and presentations.
• Coordinate with creative, media, and production teams to keep work moving.
• Gather competitive and cultural intel to inform strategy and ideas.
• Assist with client communication and meeting coordination.
• Support budget tracking, billing, and project documentation.
  Stay organized, proactive, and on top of every detail.
  

• 0–2 years of experience in marketing, advertising, or a related field.
• A passion for sports, entertainment, and gaming.
• Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills.
• Comfort with Google Workspace, Excel, Chat GPT
• A proactive attitude and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced agency environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Advertising, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• Bay Area based. Work on site at BSSP/Sausalito Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday. Remote Mondays/Fridays.
