This is a high-impact remote role within a fast-growing digital marketing agency specializing in performance-driven campaigns across global markets. You will take ownership of paid media strategy and execution across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and other key platforms, working with a diverse portfolio of B2B and B2C clients. The role blends strategy, hands-on campaign management, and cross-channel optimization, requiring both analytical precision and creative thinking. You will collaborate closely with a dynamic team of marketers in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment where performance and client outcomes are central. This position offers strong autonomy, exposure to international accounts, and the opportunity to influence agency growth and best practices. You will be responsible for managing and optimizing multi-channel paid media campaigns while ensuring consistent performance and client satisfaction.
- Plan, build, and manage PPC and paid social campaigns across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and other platforms
- Develop and refine audience targeting, bidding strategies, and campaign structures to maximize ROI and lead generation
- Set up and maintain conversion tracking using Google Tag Manager and other analytics tools
- Write compelling, conversion-focused ad copy aligned with client objectives and campaign strategy
- Monitor performance daily, identify issues, and implement optimizations to improve outcomes
- Collaborate with internal teams on creative assets, campaign briefs, and strategic planning
- Interpret campaign briefs, provide strategic recommendations, and ensure deadlines are consistently met
- Support continuous improvement of campaign processes, reporting, and optimization frameworks
The ideal candidate brings strong hands-on experience in paid media, agency environments, and multi-platform campaign management.
- 4–5+ years of experience in PPC and paid social advertising, ideally within a digital marketing agency
- Strong expertise in Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads
- Experience setting up conversion tracking via Google Tag Manager and working with analytics tools
- Proven ability to write high-performing ad copy with excellent attention to grammar and messaging clarity
- Strong understanding of audience targeting, funnel strategy, and cross-channel campaign optimization
- Excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to manage multiple client accounts and consistently meet deadlines
- Proactive mindset with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Fluent in English; experience working with international audiences is highly valuable
