  • Design and implement scalable operating models, service frameworks, segmentation strategies, and process improvements to enhance efficiency and client outcomes.
  • Drive cross-functional initiatives from concept to execution, ensuring alignment, accountability, and measurable business impact.
  • Identify operational gaps and inefficiencies and develop structured, data-driven solutions to improve performance and scalability.
  • Build and maintain reporting frameworks, dashboards, and performance metrics to monitor client health, service quality, and operational effectiveness.
  • Develop executive-level materials, business reviews, and strategic insights to support leadership decision-making.
  • Champion AI adoption, automation, and digital transformation initiatives to improve workflows and organizational productivity.
  • Partner across global teams to ensure successful implementation of new processes, systems, and operational standards.
  • Track initiative performance, risks, and dependencies while ensuring clear communication across stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • 8+ years of experience in program management, client success, operations, consulting, or business transformation roles within SaaS, commerce, or technology environments.
  • Proven experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives and driving large-scale operational or strategic transformation.
  • Strong ability to design scalable operating models, service delivery frameworks, or client engagement structures.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a structured approach to ambiguous challenges.
  • Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills across global, matrixed organizations.
  • Experience leveraging data, metrics, and reporting tools to drive insights and decision-making.
  • Hands-on experience with AI tools, automation, or digital transformation initiatives is strongly preferred.
  • Familiarity with platforms such as Salesforce, Jira, or Gainsight is an advantage.
  • Ability to influence across technical, operational, and commercial teams in fast-moving environments.
  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or equivalent experience is a plus.
Benefits:
  • Competitive base salary range ($145,000–$195,000 USD) plus performance bonus opportunities.
  • Comprehensive healthcare coverage including medical, dental, and vision plans from day one.
  • Retirement savings plan with employer match (up to 6%).
  • Generous paid time off package including holidays, sick days, wellness days, and volunteer days.
  • Remote-first work environment with flexibility and work-life balance support.
  • Family leave programs for primary and secondary caregivers.
  • Annual remote work stipend and employee wellness resources.
  • Tuition assistance and career development opportunities.
  • Additional benefits including insurance options, mental health support, and identity protection services.
