• Assist experienced HVAC technicians with residential service, maintenance, and installations.

• Learn how to diagnose, repair, and install heating and cooling systems.

• Safely use tools and equipment while following company safety standards.

• Maintain a clean, organized work area and company vehicle.

• Deliver outstanding customer service in customers' homes.

• Continue developing your technical knowledge through hands-on training.

• A strong work ethic and willingness to learn.

• Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

• Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in a variety of indoor and outdoor conditions.

• Previous experience in HVAC, construction, electrical, plumbing, or another skilled trade.

• EPA Certification (or willingness to obtain it).

• Experience using hand and power tools.

• Trade school coursework is a plus—but not required.
