Minimum Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to operate groundskeeping machinery and tools safely.
• Physical stamina to perform manual labor outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Basic knowledge of turfgrass maintenance and landscaping principles.
• Valid driver's license.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience working on a golf course or in grounds maintenance.

• Conduct routine inspections of the course to identify and report any maintenance needs or safety hazards.
• Collaborate with the grounds management team to implement seasonal maintenance plans and special projects.
