At TIGER, we’re proud to create high-quality powder coatings while supporting a workplace where people feel respected, valued, and able to grow. We’re looking for a Metallics Team Leader to support daily production, guide our team, and help us keep a safe and efficient environment.

In this role, you’ll support daily production and quality activities, helping your team stay organized and safe throughout each shift.
Core responsibilities include:

• Coordinating daily production and PPL-Bag House Powder usage
• Preparing mix sheets and ensuring smooth shift hand-offs
• Overseeing batch sampling and production testing
• Supporting quality checks and corrective actions
• Reinforcing safe work practices and PPE use
• Conducting safety audits and assisting with incident reviews
• Promoting 7S workplace organization
• Assume a mentorship role and provide leadership to the team
• Coordinate with supervisor and operations staff on daily activities

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 2+ year of experience in manufacturing or production as a team lead or with team leader exposure.
• Experience in powder coating or electrostatic painting is an asset
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail
• Comfortable guiding others and working collaboratively
