Compensation: $75,000 to $90,000

Since opening our first clinic in 2008, we've grown to proudly serve our communities through three locations in Fort Gratiot, Marysville, and Clinton Township. Our Clinton Township clinic has been caring for patients since 2013, combining the personal attention of a private practice with the stability and experience of an established organization.

We're looking for a Physical Therapist who shares that mission—someone who is passionate about helping people, values meaningful relationships with patients, and enjoys working as part of a collaborative team.

We don't double-book patients. Our therapists have the opportunity to provide individualized, hands-on care while building meaningful relationships with the people they serve.

You're never on an island. Our therapists and PTAs work together throughout the day, sharing ideas, discussing challenging cases, and learning from one another because we believe our patients benefit when we collaborate.

Every full-time therapist receives $1,200 annually for continuing education, and we encourage advanced certifications, specialty training, and lifelong learning.

Our goal isn't simply to complete visits—it's to help patients return to the activities they love. We believe great outcomes come from clinical excellence, patient education, and genuine compassion.

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans.

• Deliver evidence-based outpatient orthopedic care using a hands-on approach.

• Educate patients on their condition, recovery, and home exercise program.

• Collaborate with PTAs and fellow therapists to provide outstanding patient care.

• Maintain timely and accurate documentation.

• Help create an exceptional patient experience from the first visit through discharge.

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT)

• Current Michigan Physical Therapist License (or eligibility)

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Passion for delivering exceptional patient care

• Outpatient orthopedic experience

• Manual therapy experience

• Interest or certification in areas such as McKenzie (MDT), Dry Needling, Vestibular Rehabilitation, Sports Medicine, or other specialty areas
