As a ServiceNow Solution Architect, you will work closely with stakeholders and technical teams to build scalable solutions across Customer Service Management, Field Service Management, and Service Operations Management. The ServiceNow Solution Architect will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing ServiceNow solutions while collaborating with business and technical stakeholders to deliver effective enterprise workflows.
- Design and implement ServiceNow solutions focused on CSM, FSM, and SOM capabilities, including work order management, scheduling, dispatch, and service operations.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into scalable ServiceNow architectures.
- Develop and enhance custom applications, integrations, and platform components within ServiceNow environments.
- Configure and optimize ServiceNow event rules, CMDB relationships, and service mapping capabilities.
- Work with technical subject matter experts to gather environment information and support service mapping and operational workflows.
- Develop interfaces and user experiences tailored to different audiences, including custom applications and service portals.
- Build integrated logic and functional components using ServiceNow APIs and REST-based integrations.
- Support discovery, service mapping, certification management, Service Graph Connectors, and multi-source CMDB implementations.
- Configure and maintain MID servers, discovery processes, identification rules, and infrastructure/application patterns.
- Prevent duplicate configuration items through effective CI identification strategies.
- Extend horizontal discovery capabilities through custom infrastructure and application patterns.
- Support pattern migration between environments and ensure reliable Service Mapping implementations.
- Provide technical guidance, troubleshooting, and architectural recommendations to improve platform performance and business outcomes.
The ideal candidate is an experienced ServiceNow professional with strong solution architecture skills, deep platform knowledge, and the ability to design enterprise-grade solutions.
- Proven experience as a ServiceNow Solution Architect with expertise in CSM, FSM, and SOM modules.
- Strong understanding of ServiceNow integrations and enterprise application architecture.
- Ability to design and implement FSM, CSM, and SOM solutions aligned with business requirements.
- Experience developing ServiceNow applications, portals, interfaces, and reusable platform components.
- Strong knowledge of REST integrations, APIs, web services, and distributed application architectures.
- Experience with ServiceNow Discovery, Service Mapping, and CMDB management.
- Understanding of credential-based and credential-less discovery processes.
- Experience configuring and managing MID servers.
- Proficiency in command-line tools used for Service Mapping activities.
- Experience creating and managing custom infrastructure and application patterns.
- Knowledge of identification rules, CI relationships, and multi-tier service discovery.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with technical teams, business stakeholders, and customers.
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
