Project Manager - Enterprise Software

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Project Manager - Enterprise Software based in Brazil.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced project management professional to lead complex enterprise software initiatives within a global technology-driven environment. In this role, you will oversee the successful delivery of software projects, managing strategy, execution, stakeholder alignment, budgets, risks, and performance outcomes. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement innovative solutions that support operational efficiency and business growth. The position requires strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills, along with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic industry. Accountabilities
  • Develop and execute project strategies, roadmaps, objectives, timelines, and resource plans to ensure successful software project delivery.
  • Manage enterprise software projects from planning through execution, ensuring alignment with business goals, contractual requirements, and customer expectations.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to coordinate activities, resolve challenges, and maintain effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Lead project teams by promoting collaboration, accountability, and alignment across technical and business functions.
  • Identify project risks, develop mitigation plans, and proactively address issues that may impact delivery, quality, or performance.
  • Manage project financials, including budgets, revenue recognition, invoicing, cost tracking, and change order processes.
  • Monitor project progress against milestones, KPIs, and objectives, adjusting plans when necessary to maintain successful outcomes.
  • Provide regular project updates, status reporting, and performance insights to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ensure deliverables meet quality standards and align with defined project requirements.
  • Manage scope, schedule, and resource changes while ensuring proper documentation and communication.
  • Analyze project results and processes to identify opportunities for future efficiency improvements and operational excellence.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or equivalent qualification.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience managing digital and enterprise software projects.
  • Proven experience leading complex programs, coordinating cross-functional teams, and delivering technology solutions.
  • Strong project management skills, including planning, execution, risk management, financial oversight, and stakeholder management.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong interpersonal and leadership abilities, with experience motivating teams and driving successful outcomes.
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze problems, develop solutions, and make informed decisions.
  • Ability to document, plan, organize, and execute programs effectively.
  • Fluency in English and Spanish is required.
  • Experience working in global, technology-focused, or enterprise environments is preferred.
