We are seeking a Quality Assurance Inspector who enjoys working as a team player, to improve and drive elements of our quality management system. This position will report to Quality Manager and will work collaboratively with other parts of the organization and team members to maximize success for Trystar and our customers.

Job Responsibilities:
- Demonstrate Trystar’s guiding principles and values.
- Performproductinspectionsandevaluation,incoming quality,inprocess checksEOLend ofline, pre-shippinginspections
- Provide feedbackonfindingstooperations,coach, train,lead meetings withassemblers,transferringfeedback,communicatequalityalertsand customerfeedback to production lines
- Documenting inspection reports,test records,inspectionchecklist,qualityalertsandquality related documentation
- Supportnonconformanceprocess.
- Routing product for rework or repair.
- Maintain the cleanliness of the work area, ensure all equipment is in safe working condition.
- Supportquality departments initiatives
Job Requirements:
Basic Qualifications
- Minimum2years of experience as a Quality Inspector or manufacturing relatedor assemblyfield
- Available tofollowup ondetailed oriented tasksand activities
- Basic computer skills and competency with Microsoft Office
- Effective oral and written communication skills
- Ability toreadbasicassembly drawings, electrical schematics, and mechanical blueprints.
- Basicexperience of electronics,mechanicalassemblyandfabrication
- Competency in the use ofbasic measurement tools,measuring tape, ruler,micrometers, gages, calipers, digital multimeters
- Demonstrate the ability to pay close attention to detail
- Ability to work independentlyandas ateam
- Goodverbal and written communication skills
- Must be proficient in reading,speakingand writing in Englishand Spanishfor the purpose of record keeping, quality training processes,feedbackand communication toproduction line
Preferred Qualifications
- Quality experienceispreferable
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and organize efficiently.
- Basics ofproblemsolving
- Strong communications skills with excellent teamwork skills to resolve issues/concerns
- Analytical and computer skillsMicrosoft 365preferable
- Experiencewith Epicor ERP / MRP or similar and
- Experience with 5S and Lean principles desired but notrequired
