Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and document software requirements from stakeholders and users.
- Develop detailed functional specifications to guide development efforts.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand system goals and deliverables.
- Conduct gap analysis to identify areas for improvement in existing systems and processes.
- Assist in the design and testing of software applications to ensure quality and performance.
- Create and maintain system documentation
- Facilitate user acceptance testing (UAT) and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
- Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies to provide informed recommendations.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Ability to collaborate with others throughout the organization
- Strong communication skills
- Well organized and attention to detail, willing to take initiative and learn, good time management skills, and ability to work independently
- Entry-level experience in software development
Preferred Qualification
- Major in Computer Information Systems, Computer Science or similar technical degree
- Experience with CX Sales, CRM, or similar customer relationship management platforms
- Experience with Oracle Fusion configuration, maintenance, or implementation
- Experience providing technical support for a cloud-based enterprise system
- Experience with coding languages, Web Clients, and Web Services a plus
- Experience with automated builds and deployment
- Experience with unit testing technologies
- Experience with database design and querying tools such as SQL
- Experience with reporting tools
- Basic understanding of systems analysis, design, and requirements gathering
- Familiarity with business processes and IT Systems
- Ability to perform basic troubleshooting and support tasks
