Senior Public Relations Executive (Luxury - Alcoholic beverage´s)Requirements
- 4–6 years of experience in a Public Relations agency managing Luxury accounts.
- Advanced English proficiency (written and spoken).
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, Journalism, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of 360° Public Relations and Influencer Marketing strategies.
- Proven experience managing media relations and key opinion leaders (KOLs).
- Established network of media contacts across the Lifestyle, Fashion, Beauty, Hospitality, Travel, and Luxury industries.
- Experience planning and executing press events, brand experiences, product launches, and media activations.
- Experience developing and managing influencer marketing campaigns from strategy through execution.
- Strong budget management and project coordination skills.
- Excellent presentation and client relationship management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Activities
- Develop, coordinate, and execute integrated Public Relations and Influencer Marketing strategies for assigned brands.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with media, journalists, editors, influencers, and industry partners.
- Develop media pitches, press releases, briefing documents, and other communication materials.
- Plan, coordinate, and execute press events, product launches, media experiences, and influencer activations.
- Identify, negotiate, and manage partnerships with influencers, vendors, and external suppliers.
- Oversee project timelines, budgets, and campaign deliverables to ensure successful execution.
- Prepare client presentations, including strategic proposals, campaign updates, reports, and performance analyses.
- Monitor media coverage and campaign performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Creative, Strategy, Social Media, and Production.
- Identify opportunities to generate earned media, strengthen brand positioning, and enhance campaign impact.
