- Responsible for improving the SMT process to minimize PCBA- SMT quality defects and pass them to the next.

- Responsible for reporting incidents when errors occur. Establishing improvement processes to minimize error rates. Responsible for inventory and management of materials and equipment in the SMT workshop.

- Be responsible for making technical dossiers for SMT production.

- Responsible for training production department workers, team leaders and related workers to operate equipment safely and correctly.

- Other tasks are as dully assigned by Manager.

+2 years working experience.
Hn 2 nm kinh nghim.
+ Understanding SMT manufacturing processes. Understanding 8D and 5Why defect analysis processes, etc.

English language is basic communication.
