Job Description
The Custodian will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and general upkeep of the property to ensure a safe and pleasant environment.
Core Responsibilities:
- Perform routine cleaning and sanitation of common areas, hallways, and facilities
- Empty trash receptacles and transport waste to designated disposal areas
- Monitor and replenish supplies such as paper products and soap
- Report maintenance issues or safety concerns to the appropriate personnel
- Assist with basic upkeep tasks as needed
