The Role
The Account Manager serves as the primary relationship owner for assigned clients, ensuring a positive client experience and long-term account health. This role is responsible for understanding client needs, maintaining awareness of contractual commitments, identifying potential risks, and fostering strong communication between clients and internal teams.

- Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships based on trust, transparency, and accountability.
- Develop a deep understanding of client contracts, scopes of work, service expectations, and business objectives.
- Facilitate regular client meetings, executive check-ins, and business reviews to ensure alignment and satisfaction.
- Monitor account health, client feedback, and potential risks, proactively addressing concerns before they escalate.
- Collaborate with internal leadership, project teams, and support functions to ensure client expectations align with service delivery.
- Communicate client feedback and opportunities for improvement to internal stakeholders.
- Support contract renewals, account growth opportunities, and strategic planning efforts.
- Maintain accurate documentation of account history, key decisions, and client preferences.
- Partner with finance and operations teams regarding forecasting, invoicing, and contract-related discussions.
- Advocate for both the client and internal teams by balancing expectations, capacity, and contractual commitments.
- Ability to travel approximately 25% to foster strong client partnerships, support key meetings, and maintain account success.
