Inside Sales Representative

Location: West Coast Region(100% Remote)

What You'll Earn

Starting Pay: $20.00 per hour, We recognize the value of experience and are committed to offering competitive pay for the right candidate.

Uncapped Bi-Weekly Commission Potential – Your hard work and sales success are rewarded through our uncapped bi-weekly commission program, giving you the opportunity to increase your earnings with every paycheck.

What You'll Do

  • Assist customers with pricing, availability, and product recommendations through phone, email, and web inquiries.
  • Prepare quotes, process orders, and ensure accurate invoicing.
  • Build lasting customer relationships by providing exceptional customer service and timely follow-up.
  • Source products from approved vendors when inventory isn't available.
  • Track customer interactions and maintain accurate customer records.
  • Follow up on quotes and proactively reconnect with previous customers to generate new business.
  • Work closely with your team to help customers find the parts they need while delivering an outstanding customer experience.

What We're Looking For

  • A passion for providing exceptional customer service.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Previous sales or inside sales experience preferred.
  • Basic to intermediate knowledge of agricultural or construction equipment is a plus.
  • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • A motivated, team-oriented individual who enjoys learning, solving problems, and helping customers succeed.
