Do you enjoy working with kids, bringing energy to a room, and making a positive difference in your community? Our YMCA is looking for enthusiastic Before & After School Program Staff to work with elementary-age children in grades K–5.

What You'll Do
Provide a safe, welcoming, and positive environment for children before and/or after school.
Build meaningful relationships with children and encourage them to feel included and valued.
Lead and participate in age-appropriate games, crafts, activities, and group experiences.
Help children develop teamwork, friendship, confidence, and independence.
Encourage positive behavior and help children work through everyday challenges.
Supervise children during activities, transitions, arrival, and dismissal.
Communicate positively and professionally with children, families, and Y staff.
Be an enthusiastic role model who brings energy, patience, creativity, and fun to each day!

Enjoys spending time with elementary-age children.
Is dependable, responsible, and patient.
Has a positive attitude and a willingness to have fun!
